Where we work
Our primary working area.
Our core territory includes Bradley, Hamilton, McMinn, Meigs, and Polk counties. Common project locations include Cleveland, Chattanooga, Ooltewah, Collegedale, Apison, Charleston, Athens, Benton, Georgetown, Decatur, and Etowah.
These communities are served from our Cleveland base. We do not claim separate offices in each city — one crew, one standard, wherever the project is.

Communities we serve
Familiar with the ground here.
South-east Tennessee's foothills, ridges, and red clay each shape a site differently. Knowing the local terrain — and how water moves through it — is part of planning a site that will hold up over time.
Cleveland, TN
Our home base in Bradley County. Homesites, multi-lot builder work, and light-commercial sites throughout the Cleveland area, with the fastest turnaround for local projects. Request a Cleveland estimate.
Chattanooga, TN
Hamilton County's larger metro brings hillside residential lots, infill sites, and commercial scopes. We bring the same coordinated approach to the busier Chattanooga market. Request a Chattanooga estimate.
Ooltewah, TN
Fast-growing residential corridor east of Chattanooga. New homesites, access roads, and drainage work through Ooltewah, Collegedale, and Apison. Request an Ooltewah estimate.
Athens, TN
North of Cleveland along the I-75 corridor in McMinn County. Homesites, pads, and site packages for builders and commercial work in and around Athens. Request an Athens estimate.
How far we travel
Distance, and what else matters.
Our normal working area is approximately 45 to 55 miles from Cleveland. Routine residential projects generally stay closer, often within about 40 miles, while small drainage and culvert jobs usually stay closer still.
Travel distance alone does not determine project availability. Scope, access, duration, and equipment mobilization also matter. If your site sits outside these areas, send the details and we will tell you honestly whether it is a good fit.
Have land. Have plans. Let's get it ready.
